She has since expanded to all types of movement in the classroom. Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge about anatomy and building our bodies best function from her time as a Rehab Technician at Balanced Flow Wellness. Ultimately she loves seeing her students surprise themselves and find joy in their bodies. Hannah believes movement is medicine—early research included cartwheeling into a TV at age five and living for picking up moves from Sean Paul videos by eleven. While working in musical theatre, an injury led her to practice yoga and begin teaching in 2012. Inspired by Chi Gong, fascia care, modern dance, and pleasure, Hannah brings an MFA in Acting and a deep love of creative embodiment into every class. Her intention is that you leave feeling more present, empowered, and at home in your body!

Annalise has been teaching fitness classes for just over a year, bringing a lifetime of dance training into every high-energy workout. She studied musical theatre in college and has performed regionally, so rhythm and musicality are always front and center. She started teaching fitness to help people connect to movement in a way that feels joyful and empowering. Her classes are all about having fun and not taking yourself too seriously. Outside of the studio, Annalise runs on green olives and good vibes.
